How long does delivery take?
On average, your order will arrive within 5–10 business days after shipping. In some cases, depending on your location, delivery may take up to 3 weeks. Orders to the US & Canada are usually on time.

Can I cancel my order?
If your order was placed within 24 hours, please email us at support@eveloris.com, and we will check if cancellation is still possible.
If your order has not yet left our warehouse, we will issue a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations are not possible after 24 hours or once the order has been shipped.
I entered the wrong address!
If your address was entered incorrectly or auto-filled incorrectly, please contact us immediately at support@eveloris.com with your correct details.
Will my items arrive together?
We aim to ship complete orders whenever possible. However, in some cases, your order may be split into multiple shipments due to different warehouse locations or product availability.
If this happens, you will receive multiple tracking numbers. Don’t worry if your items don’t arrive at the same time — they are on the way and will reach you.
